Whose Shoes

Originally commissioned and produced by Quicksilver Theatre Company, 1992.

Theatr Iolo presents a production of the delightful children's play, "Whose Shoes" by the acclaimed children's playwright Mike Kenny. Eldamina loves to dance. She loves to dance so much that Cinderella even gave her the famous glass slippers to dance in. Eldamina dances for anyone who will watch.

With puppetry and live music, this mischievous Snow Child and enchanting play will warm all hearts this Christmas.

Snow Child is a co-production between Sherman Cymru and Theatr Iolo. Performances are available in both English and Welsh.

Marcos

Following the mythical, yet true, story of a boy who grows up in the wild, but is later found and brought to the city to be 'tamed', Marcos challenges the younger audience to examine and question man's relationship to animals. As the tale unfolds, and Marcos relates his experiences, with the props around him transforming into animals, themes such as growing up, making sense of the world, and bullying are also explored.
