Beyond the Stars

Beyond the Stars is about two friends who build a rocket to travel into space to save their best friend. The show is about our connection to the stars, about loss and how we cope with that at a young age

“It’s super inspiring to have our idea chosen because it means that this magical idea can now be brought to life. Loss and grief are universal things that we all experience and sometimes we are not equipped to know how to deal with that. Especially at a young age. Hopefully this show can offer an alternative on how to navigate the subject and those feelings, especially with young people. With Covid, many young people have experienced the loss of loved ones and for many it may be the first time. So this show, we believe, is needed now more than ever. And we’re more than excited to get in a room to play and devise, to create the magical world of Beyond the Stars.”
